PROFESSOR SAMMY GOUTI obtained his graduate degree in PSYCHOLOGY, and began his career in College and Academic Teaching and Psychological Research at the young age of 26. In his graduate training, he was greatly impressed by, as well as developed a great interest in the Humanistic Psychologist, Abraham Maslow, as well as interest in Maslow's Theory on "Self-Actualization".

As a college student, SAMMY GOUTI, earned several HIGHEST HONORS and received "The Award of Merit" for Academic Excellence" and "Outstanding Superior Achievement in Psychology". He was also an honors student, and was placed numerous times on "The Dean's Honors List" and the "National Dean's List". He graduated with HONORS, and obtained a degree in Psychology with "Membership in the Honors Program", and a lifetime membership in the National Honor Society in Psychology.

Professor SAMMY GOUTI is a lifetime member of several National Honors Societies, Professional Associations, with membership in major Royal Societies & Scientific Academies, worldwide.

Professor Gouti created a Psychological Theory explaining the nature of intimate and love relationships, where he developed a detailed description of the sequence of progressive stages for Romantic Relationships.

Professor Gouti also developed and written Two psychological Scales & Instruments, "THE LIFE CONTENTMENT INVENTORY", and "THE LIFE PRIORITY QUESTIONNAIRE".
